These wonderful little products are fantastic! I've personally had an iPad and I LOVED it! It was so convenient! I say had... I wish I still had it. Sadly I sold it and did not replace it (Big mistake!)
If you look at it from an objective point of view, consider these arguments:
- Instant on - convenient when you need to look up something there and then
- Awesome battery life - you wont have to worry about carrying a bulky charger
- Vast amounts of great content at your fingertips - Always entertaining with Games, Movies, Movies, Books, Websites...
- Light weight and non cumbersome - Its not a chore to carry
- Low cost - Over 2 years, the device is approx 50p per day. Thats it.

So thats it... Tablets. Honestly. If you're undecided about whether to get one or not, definitely get one. They are great. You may be slightly put off by the initial price, but really, its nothing, especially when you're thinking about updating that old, slow dying laptop of yours, right?
